One Moment, please!

THE MATERIAL PRESENTED on these pages is solely and absolutely the author's opinion about the vision of the Hebrew prophet, Ezekiel. It is in no way intended to be a dogmatic assertion of the Holy Scriptures. Nor is it intended to reflect the teaching of any religion, church, sect or -ism.

ALTERNATIVE OPINIONS have been offered by a number of Christian religious sects for well over three hundred and fifty years. And, the Jewish commentaries have disputed the temple vision for over two thousand years! But there has been no late, genuine, attempt to examine any plan to determine the validity of the projection. At least, not outside Israel, where the Temple Institute -- the Temple Mount Faithful -- in Jerusalem has been preparing various articles for all parts of the temple service since Israel's return to the land in 1948.

ISAIAH, THE PROPHET, stated that the temple, during the days of the king, Messiah, will be "an house of prayer" for "all peoples." His statement implies that the "house" will be after the familiar pattern of prior, ancient times, when rebuilt. It will no longer be, also implied, exclusively a Jewish house of prayer.

ISRAEL'S REGATHERING to the promised land absolutely requires a public review of the plans for the "house."

WHATEVER THE INTEREST in the temple by "all peoples" or whatever their different religious opinions about its nature, the features of Ezekiel's vision are not radically changed from the initial pattern as given to King David.

ELIJAH WILL COME one day, according to Malachi's prophecy, to prepare the Levites for their part in the renewed temple service. He prepares them for a new Jerusalem, for a new temple, for the new covenant, and for a new Israel rebuilt by God.
