There are also two south gates: the outer and the second gate, inside. They likewise provide access, corresponding to the north gate houses. The second east gate house functions mostly during the holidays under the new law.

The inner gate houses also have a "way" (shown by the arrows) that connects the gate porches and goes round to the temple's porch.
