INSTRUCTIONS ON OBTAINING YOUR AOL REFUND

1. Print the REFUND FORM

3. CUT THE FORMS ON THE DOTTED LINES

3. Mail EACH OF THE forms to the address indicated.

***YOU MUST SEND IN EACH FORM IN A SEPARATE ENVELOPE WITH A SEPARATE STAMP.**

Just cut the form on the dotted line and mail each form separately.

4. The deadline has been extended to December of 1997, but I suggest you do this NOW, to avoid AOL's trying to claim that you did something wrong in this complicated refund process.

If you do request a refund, please let me know when you receive the refund, or if you encounter any difficulties with AOL in this process.
