*VOICENET'S
PERSONAL ACCOUNT REFERRAL PROGRAM.
A
customer - in good standing - that refers a new on-line
Internet customer to Voicenet who, as a direct result of
the referral, subscribes to Voicenet's on-line Internet
services is entitled to "Referral Cash" of $20.
In order to earn this "Referral Cash", all of
the following must apply:
(1)
The referring customer must be in good standing with Voicenet
from the time of the referral registration through and including
the time of payment of the Referral Cash" which includes
compliance with the Services Agreement and a paid-up account;
(2) The referring customer must have registered his referral
with Voicenet by completing the registration page located
at http://www.voicenet.com/vn_referral02.html;
(3) The new on-line Internet customer must sign up for Voicenet's
Internet service within thirty (30) days after the registration
of the referral; (4) Neither the new customer nor member
of the same houshold previously had a Voicenet account;
(5) The new customer actually subscribes to Voicenet and
maintains a paid up to date Internet on-line account for
at least two months.
In
the event of two or more registrations for the same on-line
Internet customer, the earliest non-expired registration
shall apply. Expired registrations may not be renewed.
At
present, this program does not apply to Voicenet's Internet
Telephone or other Services.
"Referral
Cash" is available for a limited time only. Voicenet
reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw this promotion
at any time.
