Open the "Tools" menu, choose "Accounts". This is done for you automatically the first time you run Outlook Express. If you already use Outlook Express, select this option manually.
Press the "Add" button, select "Mail".
Enter your name and click "Next".
Select 'IMAP' as your server type. Put imap.voicenet.com as your incoming mail server. Put mail.voicenet.com as your outgoing mail server. Click "Next".
Enter your username and password. Click "Next".
Click "Finish".
Click "Properties".
(Optional) Select the "Advanced" tab. Check the "This server requires secure connection" box.
NOTE:
This may not function correctly with versions of Outlook Express prior to 5.5.
Select the "IMAP" tab.
Make sure you put INBOX. as your root folder path.
Click the "Yes" box.
Select "FILTERED" and click show. Do the same with "Trash".
That's it!
Outlook Express should now be configured for mail filtering.
